Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the product goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Work in close collaboration with other product owners and Engineering, AI Technology and Consulting teams, to deliver an impactful digital product to customers
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop and own a core part of the product roadmap fueled by a deep interest in customer
- processes and industry
- Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business
- objectives
- Continuously improve the product through customer & user feedback
- Define and write the epics and stories for the respective solution area which she/he owns
- Participate actively on the sprint planning and reviews, collaborating closely with other members of
- the scrum team
- Drive the prioritization of the solution roadmap with other members of the broader team
- Track, measure, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress
- to key stakeholders
Experience & Key Skills
- 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS company
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and scaling digital products
- In-depth working knowledge of agile development methodologies and scrum principles
- Ability to think strategically and creatively; Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and
- project management skills
- Management of stakeholders and their expectation.
- Experience with modern product management tools like Jira & Confluence
- Start-Up and B2B experience desirable
- Exposure to AI based products would be a plus
- A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers love
